RECITAL TICKETS
ON SALE:
Family Priority Week
May 13th-18th
Ticket sale limit of six per family.
You may purchase up to six additional tickets in addition to the two that come with your recital fee.
For Shows A & B only. There is no limit on the IDC Company Showcase.
GENERAL SALE:
May 19th-June 8th
No limit on the amount of tickets you may purchase.

COST:
$15 per ticket
Children age two and younger may sit on your lap.
CASH or CHECK only.
Credit Cards will have a 3% processing fee.
Dancers will each receive two tickets from their recital fee.
You will receive one ticket to their 1st performance and one ticket to their 2nd performance.
IDC Company dancers email us if you would like your two tickets to be for the showcase instead.
Ticket prices raise to $20 per ticket the week of the show (June 10th-15th).
ACCESSORIES
DANCERS MUST HAVE REQUIRED TIGHTS, HAIR, AND SHOES!
Dancers who do not have the proper attire will not be allowed to perform in the show.
REQUIRED LEOTARDS:
Age 3-4 and 5-6 WITH costume changes
Flesh/tan/nude colored leotard is REQUIRED to be worn underneath the costumes.
Age seven and up WITH costume changes we strongly recommend this also but do not require.
You will be able to order a flesh colored leotard in our online store starting in January.
HAIR:
Ages 6 & Under:
High, slicked-back ponytail, with curled ends. All hair pieces will be on the right side or centered depending on what it looks like.

Ages 7 & Up:
Low, slicked-back ponytail, part in the center, with straightened ends. All hair pieces on the right side or centered.

TIP: Use plenty of gel, hairspray, and bobby pins to ensure that hair is secure. Do hair when wet and then dry the ends.
MAKE-UP:
We do encourage make up under the stage lights! We recommend eye shadow, blush, lipstick, and mascara.

TIGHTS:
Dancers will receive one pair of tights with their Recital Fee. You will be able to pick these up from the front desk. Additional tights are also available for purchase.

Ballet Classes (Age 7 & Up)- Weissman Ballet Pink Tights

SHOES:
Required Ballet, Jazz, & Tap shoes are available to purchase at the East Studio (across from Cafe Rio). All shoes for recital must be purchased by May 1st in case we need to order your size.

Weissman Black Tap Shoes OR Weissman Pink Leather Ballet Shoes (depending on which style they are performing.)
Hip Hop/Tumble (Ages 3-6):

RECITAL FAQ’S

When you enter the lobby area, turn left and follow the signs. Dancers will be checked in down the stairs. There will be big sign to mark it. Dancers will be checked in and Ignite team members will escort them to their dressing rooms.

Parents will not be permitted backstage. We have plenty of staff members backstage to supervise and help our dancers.

From the stage! At the end of the finale, we will call parents up alphabetically by last name to get their child.

Ignite staff will help dancers change backstage if they need assistance.

Dancers should have only additional costumes, bobby pins, tights, and shoes. We will place their items into a shopping bag with their name labelled on it. Dance bags will not be permitted backstage and only disposable water bottles. We will supply water backstage also.

Each show varies in length. Anywhere from 60-90 minutes in length.

Seating is first come, first served. Please do NOT save seats!

Yes, there are several. HOWEVER, all dancers need to use the restroom BEFORE the show! This very important! We will not be pausing the show for restroom breaks.

Dancers do not need a ticket for the show they are performing in. If you would like your dancer to attend an additional show, then they must have a ticket.

Anyone that is at the show will need a ticket. Children under the age of two may sit on your lap.

Finale is the last dance of all our shows! We bring all dancers on stage to perform together.

YES! Dancers should be fully prepared for their first dance with hair and makeup complete. Dancers should have shoes already on.

Yes, you can take pictures/videos, but NO FLASH PHOTOGRAPHY! Anyone using flash photography will be asked to stop. Flash photography ruins videos and is dangerous to the dancers.
Video and photography are permitted as long as it is being done in a respectful manner. No standing or blocking other peoples view of the stage. Also, don’t forget to TAG US if you post to social media!

Each dancer will receive two souvenir recital programs only on the day of the show.
